2023 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

I never post reviews and honestly had to reset my password to post this LOL. But I just had to post this review.I haven’t bought a car in 8 years. I had looked at so many places and the car wasn’t ready, there were multiple issues with the car, or they were hard to get in touch with (some did harass you). I am a single mom of 3 and driving to these car places and dealing with the stress of buying a car with a crying infant has been so overwhelming I was ready to throw in the towel. However, I was given the name of this dealership to try by a couple people who only buy their cars from here and now I honestly know why. The service is A+++. Just above and beyond. Working around my schedule, driving to me on my lunch break to let me test drive the car since I was close by (so I didn’t have to lug my 3 kids there) after work, and even delivering the car with all the paperwork ready to go. Patti made this experience so smooth and was so helpful and very thorough. I don’t plan on buying another car for a long time (as I love mine!) but when I do I 100% will buy one from here. And I have told everyone I know how great they are. Wish I had came here first! I would have saved myself the headache and a screaming infant of driving around to different dealerships. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

First experience buying a new car where it was pleasant from start to finish. Have purchased 3 new vehicles in the past 7 years and wish I had found this dealership earlier. Initially called in over the phone and was warmly received as well as when I walked into the dealership. Jeff was the first sales person I have had who took the time to explain and inform me of car details and functions who wasn’t just fumbling around discovering them for the first time. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me comparing and test driving 2 different vehicles. Wayne was also super patient knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

It was so nice to walk into a family owned dealership where you were considered a person and just not a number. Everyone that we talked to was very nice. And a special that’s to Aca who was our salesman make everything go smooth & explained everything & answered any question we had. We will definitely refer people to your dealership.
