2023 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

My Service department experience was wonderful. I live 4 hrs away and was camping at Knoebels. As we were pulling in to our campsite I had a brake issue on my truck. Across the street from the campgrounds was Tire Ranch service so I went there and those guys were fantastic too! They diagnosed the problem and made a call to Norm at Bloomsburg Chevy and he was able to find out that even though my truck has 120k miles the vacuum pump I needed for my brakes was still covered under warranty and they fixed it at no cost that same day! and I was out of there within a couple hours! So awesome that it didn’t ruin our families plans for the trip! Thank you so much!

Matt Kline was great to deal with, he explained everything about the truck and our purchase very well and did not use the typical car sales tactics of pressure and false scarcity. We were able to test drive the truck on our own with no hurry to bring it back and after we put the down payment on the vehicle there was a mixup with the insurance company that meant we had to get the down payment refunded. Matt was able to take care of that without hesitation. Once we were able to proceed with the sale he accommodated us immediately and we closed the sale the next day.

After being very undecided, on what vehicle I wanted and what I could afford my sales rep Bob Bingaman worked very hard and patiently to assist me. The day of the purchase was painless and quick 20 min and I was on my way. I thank you and all your employees for a tremendous experience!
