2023 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

Colonial Nissan replaced my brakes. They were very nice and thoroughly explained the extra repairs my car needed in a way that was easy to understand. The part I needed wasn’t available and they went above and beyond to help me get my car back the same day. They also provided me with an Uber from the dealership to my apartment and back so I didn’t have to wait. Laura was extremely nice and knowledgeable!

The staff welcomed me and immediately informed me about the detail of the service needed, they also gave me an estimated wait time. I was able to get some work done in the lobby until they called me to process payment. Nina took care of me and she is fabulous! So, I recommend taking you car for service here. It was easy! I am always impressed with the service I receive at this location. From start to finish everyone is very helpful, always in good spirits and they go above and beyond to make sure there is no hassle for me. I LOVE IT! Joanne is my FAVORITE!! My wife and I are moving out of Medford, sadly, but I'll be talking the long drive back to Colonial Medford, because it is truly amazing and convenient, and again, I love Joanne for everything she is!!
