Both J.P. Farmer and Gavin Hart were excellent to work with. I was interested in either the Cadillac XT-5 or the Buick Envision. After a couple of visits to test drive each, and emails/phone calls, I ended up leasing a 2024 Buick Envision Avenir. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, it was not “high pressure,” and once I decided on what I want, the finalizing of the trade-in, GM Friends & Family discount, and other incentives, it was a “done deal.” The Business Manager who explained everything (sorry, I forgot his name), was great explaining the lease terms, and the signing of the paperwork in his office using the “high tech” screen and signing with the stylus, was great. The dealership is top notch and has won many awards. JP Farmer is top notch and has won many awards. I have already referred friends and family to JP for when they need a new vehicle.
