Car issues are never fun, but Matt in the service department was amazing. I was able to book an appointment for the same week online when all other dealers were booked a few weeks out and he took care of the entire process start to finish. Was great talking to the guys in the service department and they made me feel less stressed about the entire process. A week start to finish, and I got my car back good as new! Very happy and will be returning for all car services in the future.
I leased my car from Matt Witmer. Matt always does his best to meet all my car needs. He knew I probably didn’t want another Acadia and had alternatives ready. He had my discount and rebates compiled all before I came in. He truly makes the whole buying or leasing experience stress free for me. I am now driving a 2024 GMC Terrain and am happy with it. I’ve also had great experience with Service on prior vehicles. Service area is clean and maintenance has been done in a timely manner.
