2023 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

So I was in an accident and lost my Chevy Malibu LT 2011 after having it for almost 10 years, and I was without a car until this ...month. I had been going from dealer after dealer and could not find a good deal, and nothing but nonsense games and ridiculous fees. I came across a Chevy Impala LT 2020 at this dealership. And let me tell you..when you want a dealership who exemplifies excellent customer service warmth hospitality patience professionalism, knowledgeable, straight to the point. This is the right place. My sales rep was Mark Crosby a rep who truly cared about his customers. He was genuine extremely professional and made me feel comfortable. I test drove the car, then he gave me an OTD price for the car and broke down the fees..and there was NOT one ridiculous nonsense fee. When I was ready to sign my financing deal, Khalid was the finance manager. He was very patient and accommodating, answered all my questions/concerns as he went over the contract with me in detail. He did not try to rush or intimidate me into signing like some dealerships do. Once we were on the same page and I was satisfied, I signed my deal and left with my car. The following day I did have an issue with the passenger side front tire losing air, so I called the dealer first thing this morning and brought my issue to their attention. They immediately made arrangements to fix the tire and instead of me having to drive back to that dealership which was up to an hour away from my home they sent me to their Old Bridge location which was a few mins from my home. When I arrived to get my tire fixed, I was greeted by the service manager, they were ready for me and I was out in 25-30 mins. Not only did I receive great customer service, they were organized had great communication between the dealerships. I want to take a moment to say thank you to Mark and Khalid. Thank you again Quality Chevy of Englewood. They have a great team. I also highly recommend Mark.

I decided to leave Paramus Chevy and bring all of our Cars to Quality after having a Great Experience with Kim Sellers because I didn’t like the Experience I had at Chevy of Paramus, Service Advisor Janessa Roman & Georgi is the reason I will continue to come back and push for others to have that same experience I have with Quality.

Mark Crosby was GREAT! I live 5 hours away and I had a few questions before driving down because they had the car i was looking for. Mark was straight forward and honest about everything up front even down to the the dollar amount to negotiate on my price range. when I arrived everything was set up and took maybe 40minutes before driving off with my new car Lexus es 350. I recommend Mark to anyone awesome guy thanks again!
