An attractive brightly illuminated dealership. We had an appointment for service on my GMC truck. The staff at the service check-in desk is professional, helpful and friendly. No sooner was the truck moved into the indoor service bay.. This gave me time to inspect the public areas. Everything is clean and the showroom is well arranged with a few great vehicles. And two corvettes add that touch of glamor. Although we were just looking, the salesman was courteous and informative. The lounge is comfortable and the restrooms fresh and clean. The front entrance has several steps but if you are looking for handicap ?? access simply use the side entrance. A pleasant visit to a dealership and service center.
First, the reason for my purchase was GM has not provided a required part to repair my truck for over 5 months. It is still under warranty. I decided to pursue the purchase of a new truck. Throughout the process of the purchase, Heath, Dan, and Jenny provided great customer service and were a pleasure to work with.
