2023 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

We came in from Tennessee to assist our mother with buying a new used car. We met with Amanda who was very attentive and sensitive to our mother's needs. Amanda spent the next day searching for exactly what my mother required and contacted us the next day with several options, one of which we secured that day. Mom is the elated with her new purchase as you can see in the photo. Bret made this the most pleasant car purchasing experience I've ever had. He often worked way past business hours in order to work through the details of the purchase and was readily available anytime I had a question. Everything was professionally handled from locating the perfect SUV to assisting in understanding the intricacies of the purchasing process as it had been a while for me. He even drove the vehicle over two hours to my home when a last minute scheduling conflict prevented me from getting into the dealership. I couldn't be happier with their exceptional service and I'll absolutely be using Bret and Betten Baker again.

I didnt know what I was looking for, but I did ha ve a list of "must haves" and I got those and more including bells and whistles Im still discovering...Amanda was fantastic and so knowledgeable about all the features of the 2025 Chevy Equinox Activ...
