Thanks so much Alex for all your help with purchase of new Santa Fe! We had lots of questions as we were changing from Palisade which we really liked to the new Santa Fe but we really love it! What a nice vehicle and we love the seat configuration for our dogs!!!! Alex was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us great information for comparisons and we got a deal we were very happy with! I would highly recommend Alex and the Keene dealership! They are all very professional and helpful. The finance process was very efficient and the service department very friendly and has always done a great job with service of any kind. The safety features and ease of driving and comfort keep us coming back but this year we just Loved the redesign of the new Santa Fe!!!!????????????. I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership so far, and I intend to return. I've been to many other dealerships in the past, and Hyundai Of Keene is truly a last bastion of the traditional car buying experience. The negotiations were fair, the staff kind and helpful, and my expectations were met with each purchase. If you're knowledgeable about what you want in a vehicle, and you have a good understanding of the car buying process, this is the dealership for you.
This was my first time purchasing a new car. It was a tiring, and positive experience. Salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable, shared her knowledge, helpful, and was not pushy. All of the staff that I dealt with were helpful and friendly, and bonus, all displayed a sense of humor. Negotiations went smoothly and there was no rough finagling. I got almost everything I asked for. The finance manager did push a bit on extended warranties, but that is part of his job - make money for the dealer and staff. A few things could have been explained better, such as using the service addition that I purchased and the bluelink. Overall I was very satisfied.
