Saturday 2/17/24 me and my sister are riding around in her 2024 Chevy Trax, on the way to get her oil changed and desperately refill her washer fluid. She hits something in the road, causing a leak and we get off the highway and by the grace of God there is this dealership. We frantically explained our problem to the sales rep who came out to investigate. Without hesitation he tells us to pull around back. We pull in, and Colleen greets us, unsure without a manager on a snowy day that she’d be able to help us. But Colleen saved the day. My sister’s tire was fixed, her oil change was free under her warranty, washer fluid added and they even fixed a recall while we were there. For 2 single moms, in a crisis pulling into your dealership was a God send. Our Mom thanks you ????
