2023 Buick Encore GX Preferred AWD

This was my first experience at a Ciocca dealership. I’ve been loyal over the passed 10 years to other local dealerships, however, we’ve found a new home. Doug and their team were extremely helpful and even after I left after initial visit, Doug followed up to make sure they had done everything they could to get us into a good vehicle for my wife. We ended up returning and are beyond thankful for their partnership. We feel they were extremely fair with pricing and we will definitely be referring/returning.

This was an outstanding experience at a car dealership. Probably the best I’ve had. Brianna was very friendly, honest and most important she communicated the repairs after an extensive & thorough examination of the vehicle. They took their time to do the repairs correctly rather than trying to get it done as fast as possible. I am very impressed with their professionalism. By far a top notch experience. They care!!

I was in an emergency situation, my previous Subaru Imprezza was involved in a 100% total loss. With only minimal time time, I arrived, tearfully, to our Pleasantville location. I was met, immediately by Joel. I was very fortunate. Joel knew the most affordable replacement vehicle. Joel jogged onto the lot and located it, all in under 5 minutes. I am just a "regular" gal. Financing was secured. Insurance was secured. All in the complete privacy of Joel's personal office space. Very professional AND truly => kind, very compassionate as to my tricky financial situation! Joel brought various past Sales friends, from my other two previous vehicle purchases. Was an all around pleasing experience.
