I typically dread talking to car dealers and buying a car, and was absolutely shocked at how easy and smooth buying a car from Volvo of Perrysburg was. There was no ridiculous haggling and negotiating back and forth, nor shady tactics. I had been searching for the right car for months and had some bad experiences at other dealerships. Michael Ludwig helped me locate exactly the car that I had been looking for and offered me a fair price on the car, without ever having to step foot on the lot. When my car arrived at the dealership, I simply went in, signed for it and left with my new car. Exceptional service!!! Candace Snyder had several cars lined up for me to test drive before I got there. She was not pushy and let me take all the time I needed in making a decision.
