My go to Ford dealership in NY. Fenton knows customer service. I have had my truck serviced here multiple times and they go above and beyond. Don’t be afraid to ask questions and get into the details. Dan was my service writer and he is very patient and knowledgeable. I wanted to look up specifics and he was all too happy to oblige. They even came and picked me up so I didn’t have to find a ride.. I highly recommend this dealership and I look forward to working with them in the future.

While travelling on route for a 3 month trip south our Ford Transits RV’s Check Engine light came on. We called several Ford dealerships in the Syracuse area, none of which were able to assist. Fortunately we called Fenton Ford which is a smaller dealership in the area who were willing to address our problem. With many unexpected complications due to holidays and parts needing to be ordered, the work was completed thanks to Dan and the mechanics. Thank You Dan for going above and beyond to submit our claim to Ford US for full reimbursement.

I went there for the first time because of a recall on my car, they were able to take the car right away and do the repair. Everyone that I spoke with including the sales staff were very pleasant.
