I was buying a vehicle not getting service. I dealt with Greg, he was a good guy who ultimately showed me how to use my new to me Cadillac. Took me on test drives and also an extended drive. Negotiations were handled with Bailey the sales manager. Overall a good experience, purchased at a price I thought was fair considering vehicle condition, being end of the year and current car market rut.
