2023 Buick Encore GX Select

I left a message on a Sunday for a 2017 Mercedes-Benz SL 63 AMG that had just got listed on auto trader and didn’t even have the picture up yet. Michael Kolias contacted me first thing Monday morning as they were closed on Sunday only to inform me that the car had a deposit on it the day before. I have been looking for this exact car with low mileage in the brilliant blue with a tan Interior for quite some time, so needless to say I was very disappointed. Of course I had to torture myself and ask Michael the condition of the car which he said it was immaculate, which made it hurt worse! Oh well, the hunt goes on well that wasn’t the case at all. Michael called me a week later and said the car was now available as the deal on it did not go through! I immediately put a deposit on it and ask Michael to supply me all the pictures which he did. Michael is an excellent salesperson. He listened to all of my many questions and concerns, and was always polite and timely to get me the answers and the pictures I needed to confirm the condition of the vehicle. It’s hard enough to buy a car at a dealership in person, but to rely on a salesman to be your eyes 450 miles away is another thing. Michael made the whole process, incredibly easy and seamless. I cannot recommend a Salesperson more highly than Michael Kolias. I absolutely love my new car and only have great things to say about Mercedes of Buckhead! Having been a former BMW driver, I wasn’t sure I would convert to Mercedes-Benz but with all sincerity I am blown away by not only the car, the entire experience has been a car buying dream. We tried for over 6 months to find a Mercedes Benz dealer that had an allocation to build a Sprinter Passenger Van. Michael Willis at MB of Buckhead finally called to tell me that he had allocation for 1 Sprinter Passenger Van and we could spec. it out like we wanted. That was in August, 2023. We got van the end of February, 2024. These vans are extremely hard to get. Michael Willis bent over backwards to get us the van exactly like we wanted. When we went to take delivery of the van, Michael Willis was out of the office at a meeting. His assistant, Tom Rees, delivered the van to us. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and show us how everything worked. I cannot say enough good things about our buying experience with Mercedes Benz of Buckhead. We will definitely go back to them the next time we need a vehicle.
