In general, we would rate the experience as near excellent. Joe Knight was low pressure, patient, well informed and a delight to deal with. Everyone else we encountered were also congenial and polite. Our only concern so far, is that we now have to take the car back to get the Apple CarPlay button fixed because it’s nonfunctional.

Jake was so helpful and knowledgable. Jaclyn made the paperwork go smoothly. Both had amazing customer service and were so helpful. New customers for life! I hate car shopping, but these two made it seamless and easy. Thank you!

my fiancee and i were shopping for a car on a pretty strict budget. we knew it would be hard to find what we were looking for at our price point, but everyone at the dealership was so friendly and helpful making sure we got what we needed! our salesman, richard, was amazing and really put his time into helping us pick the right vehicle that fit what we were looking for within our budget. he was so friendly and we felt like he cared so much about making sure we were happy with the vehicle we picked! the finance manager, eric, was also amazing! he helped us get an amazing warranty and made sure we thoroughly understood the coverage as well as made sure we knew we could call or stop in with any questions at any time. both eric and richard are wonderful to work with and make the stress of the car buying experience melt away with how much they aim to please. we absolutely will be returning the next time we need to purchase a new vehicle!
