2023 Buick Encore GX Select

I couldn’t ask for better service than I got from Royal Automotive. Carter Ward was my sales representative. From first email to final goodbye perfect experience. He took the time to explain all details about the car. I had been looking for a Buick Enclave for several months and didn’t think I would find one in my price range. I found everything I wanted and more.

This was an enjoyable care buying experience. I was in and out in under 3 hours. The last time I purchased a car was over 15 years ago. It was a different dealership, it was all day and half my evening. It should not take that long and this time it did not. Mr. Robertson, and Mr. Short, very helpful, kind and respectful. I am appreciative they respected me and my time.

I worked with salesman Parker Holt and purchased a GMC Yukon, my dream car. The experience was the best I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. The price listed was so fair and such a great price I didn’t feel the need to talk them down. I was in and out of there. It was a great experience and I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone.
