2023 Buick Encore GX Select

I visited to negotiate a KBB offer for my car. They were very professional and very understanding that I wanted to consider all my options. I did end up selling elsewhere, but would not hesitate to work with them in the future. They described all the factors that contributed to their pricing and were very fair in their assessment. As someone who went at least part way through their process to sell my used car to them, I would feel comforted as a potential buyer knowing they are only looking for quality cars to sell.
