I appreciate Jim Barrett's patience in helping us finally determine the best replacement vehicle for our 18-year-old Trailblazer, that had been a trooper. Jim showed and priced several cars and trucks, new and used before we finally settled on our "new" 2022 Traverse. We are very happy with our choice and Jim's ability to let us figure out what was our best fit with absolutely no high-pressure. I suspect most salespeople would not have had the patience for such a lengthy process, especially since we initially didn't know exactly what we wanted. Jim Barrett is a true professional.
I just had a great experience with my new truck at Bill Estes Chevrolet! Jim Barrett was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and courteous. Jim knew all about the vehicle including all the bells and whistles that come with setting up the instrument panel and the truck itself. I would gladly choose him again as my salesman!!!
