From the phone call from Jerry, Shannon M the salesperson who survived the test drive with me, lol, and help me understand everything I needed to know about my new 2021 Buick Encore and Bonnie in the financing and warranty department for the laughs and the help. I went to Nick Abraham in Elyria to get my car serviced. While I waited, I went to look around. That’s where I met a salesman by the name James. James and I started casually chatting when I told him about my dream car. James informed me that they had one instock and asked if I wanted to see it. I agreed. After looking at it I decided I wanted a new vehicle. James was soooo patient with me while I decided what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. After all was said and done I drove away with the vehicle I wanted. I wish I could give James and the rest of the staff 100 stars. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
