As a first-time solo car buyer, my experience at Southern Palms Mazda was phenomenal! From the moment I went in, I was greeted by Mark and his team who was able to answer all my questions about the model (CX-5) I was interested in. After taking some time to think and looking at other dealerships, no one compared so I obviously went back. This time, I was met by Mark and Juan who were able to assist me to determining the trim and model worked best for my needs and budget, which ended up being the CX-30. Slightly smaller and sportier, PERFECT! Everyone at this dealership is amazing and meticulous at what they do, but more importantly, are transparent about why they are doing it, which I typically don’t see at many dealerships.
