2023 Buick Encore GX Select

My Wife and I shopped around for a van since we have our third child being born within a few weeks. We looked at a handful of vans at multiple places and this place was by far giving us the best deal. We worked with Ryan Oneil and he didn't pressure us at all. He was completely honest and hid nothing about the vehicle since it was in a minor rear end accident that was fixed. They allowed us to choose our own finance company since interest rates are high right now. The lady in Finance was very helpful and informative about the extras we could purchase with the van. I felt like everyone was being genuine and there was no pressure in trying to get us to buy something we didnt want. They even took care of our plate transfer and even renewed our tags that were going to expire in the mext few months. The very next day our battery died in the new vehicle which isn't abnormal when these cars sit on the lot for weeks at a time. My wife called them and they offered to replace the battery same day at no charge. I will definitely be coming back to inquire about future purchases. Another thing to note is that when you purchase a vehicle from them and need to get it serviced. They will put you in a rental for free, which I can tell you most places won't do since i also worked for many dealerships myself. Typically you have to purchase that added service with a service contract. Definitely a 5 Star experience. I will be recommending this place to anyone I know shopping for a vehicle.

I have purchased many vehicles from Knapp Motors over the years. The best part of the service area is making loaner vehicles available for appointments. I realize this is a expense to the dealership. However, I live alone with one vehicle and travel over 60 miles per day (round trip) to work. This service makes life much easier and is definitely one of the reasons I keep returning to Knapp Motors! By the way, the Sales Team is top notch too! In my experience, they work hard to fit customers with vehicles that fit into personal budgets. Way to go Knapp Motors!
