My daughter and I are extremely satisfied with Santiago, Felix, Dino and Luis. They exceeded our expectations. They really went above and beyond to help my daughter get the deal and car she needed and wanted. After being in recent incident I was in search of a great deal and a great used vehicle. Santiago was incredibly informative and understanding of my needs. He was also very patient to run through the warranty. I am personally super impressed that I stopped in at only one location (during my search) and decided to purchase same day. Gabe was an absolute professional and pleasure to buy from. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in finding the right vehicle and with the features I wanted. When my ideal vehicle wasn't available, he was able to find me one that was close and with upgrades, but really maintained a fair price given my ideal vehicle wasn't there on site. The buying process was very streamlined (as we know that can take a long time!) but he expedited the process as much as possible and I was able to walk away with an awesome Acadia, better than what I had thought I would get and within my budget.
