2023 Buick Encore GX Select

Doug our sales rep was very helpful and at no point did my husband or I feel pressured during the process. He let us decide when to move through each step. He also was helpful regarding a military discount that was available to us and every little bit helps! M husband loves his new truck and will continue to give Heritage Buick GMC our business!

Buying a car here was amazing! Mario and Daylan were excellent!! They really treat you like family and even help to pass the time with great conversation. I would happily recommend them to anyone who will listen and return there for a 3rd car purchase.

I had a 9am appointment. Service guy came up and I told him I had a 9am appointment. He said for me to give him a moment and he would be back. I set there for longer than I normally would have. Another service gut came out and asked if he could help me. He took care of me immediately. I walked into the service area and saw the first service advisory. I told him I waited for him but he never came back. He said he got busy doing something else. I was expecting the service guy to come out and go over what is normally recommended for my mileage - no one came. I set there for approximately 1&1/2 hours - not sure appointment does any good.
