2023 Buick Encore GX Select

Recently purchased a new Yukon XL from Magali at Faulkner. Such a great experience from start to finish - I was kept well-informed about my new car build. It was the right amount of communication. Fantastic. Brett Paden was the salesman that worked with me. He took all the time I needed, which was a lot, to get the deal done, and did it all with friendlyness. The manager worked up a great price and the finance manager explained everything so I easily understood. Everybody there is friendly, courteous, and professional. You don't feel like anyone is trying to take advantage of you. The deal was great and I highly recommend Faulkner Buick and GMC of West Chester.
