Kenny Loy was an excellent salesman who listened to us (including stories about our travels) and took great interest in learning our wants as well as matching them to what they had in inventory. He took time to show us all of the "gadgets and buttons" in the CRV as well as pairing our phones to it. He was exceptionally patient with seniors and we appreciated that.
