I found my car on Edmund’s and I called the dealership and was set up with my salesman quickly! We did the application and everything before I came in so it was a fast process for me. I love my car so far though! Only negative thing id say is my salesman wasn’t there when I actually came in to get my car, and he did warn me of this and told me to work with someone else. That someone else wasn’t there that day and everyone was looking at me like I was dumb. I told them just get me anyone I just wanna buy the car. After they got me someone it smooth sailing.
We have experienced Dellen's sales and service for nearly a year since buying our Acadia last May. I have no complaints whatsoever. The sales team walked us through the sale from the start, to training us on the bells and whistles, to driving off the lot. The service department excels as well. They offer shuttle service too, which has been quite helpful. I don't like to base my opinions on personalities alone when it comes to companies. Performance is what is most important (but friendly people does help!). Dellen has performed quite well in the year since meeting the team. I would encourage anyone to give Dellen a try, whether it be sales or service.
