2023 Buick Encore GX Select

From start to finish it went smoothly. The salesman (Joey) was pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in every way. He is an asset to the company. The financing procedures were acceptable and also went smoothly. It was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. (and we have purchased many). Kudos to Kia dealership!

I arrived at Alan Jay Kia with the intention of finding out if it was economically feasible to trade in two cars to get a Telluride, and keep my payment the same or similar to what I had. Alexis greeted me as I stepped out of my car, and invited me to her desk to discuss what I was looking for. Long story short, I was able to get both cars appraised, and Alexis helped me pick out a Telluride that I liked and could afford. I told her (and her manager, I believe Tristan? was his name), that I needed to sleep on it before deciding. Alexis kept in constant communication, and the finance manager, who's name escapes me, helped me get the payment to where I needed it to be. The next morning, I arrived with my two vehicles, signed them away and rode off in my new-to-me Telluride. Now, I've purchased many cars in my lifetime, and it has ALWAYS been an all-day marathon of waiting and signing paperwork. This was different.
