I had been having one bad used car hunting experience after another when I stumbled across a listing for a 2022 Lincoln Aviator with low miles at BrokersandSellers. My spouse and I drove 150 miles to look at the vehicle on a Monday. Unlike my recent experiences with used car dealers in Illinois and Indiana, Victor was accommodating out of the gate. He offered for us to test drive the vehicle for a couple of hours if needed and encouraged us to have “our own” mechanic look at it. Since we didn’t know any mechanics in the area (we’re from the Grand Rapids area), after test driving it, we asked for their on-site mechanic to do a diagnostic. The mechanic was likewise transparent, doing a multi-point inspection of the vehicle and completing all needed repairs. BrokersandSellers also promised to make some cosmetic repairs that we noticed. Because of the repairs and my need to secure independent financing (BrokersandSellers doesn’t provide any financing options), we needed to make a second trip the following Saturday to pick up the vehicle. This is where, I believe, BrokersandSellers stands apart from other car dealers. During my drive to Taylor from West MI, I stopped at one of my bank branches to get a certified check for the payment of the Aviator. My particular bank, unbeknown to me, chooses to have several of its branches closed on Saturday. When I arrived at BrokersandSellers in a one-way rental car, I explained the situation of having the payment, but not being able to access it. After trying everything possible to get my funds released by the bank without success, Zain allowed me to take the vehicle that day anyway, and transfer to BrokersandSellers the funds when the bank opened on Monday. That was a great deal of trust to bestow upon someone who came onto the lot from the other side of the State. I cannot imagine that any other dealership, new, preowned, or used, would have extended that level of courtesy. For that reason, and the lovely vehicle that I’m enjoying now, I would recommend BrokersandSellers to anyone anywhere.

There’s no bait-and-switch, no smoke and mirrors, no financing run-around - no BS. For anyone hesitating to buy a rebuilt or salvage vehicle, this place is legit. Insurance companies won’t cover this type of title without a mechanic’s review. Matt’s Automotive is just up the street, and they will assess the car (we had two assessed) usually the same day and will make honest recommendations. Following their certified mechanic’s glowing recommendation, we made the 3-hour drive to purchase the car. We test drove and were on the road with our new car within 30 minutes. Brokers and Sellers does all the work to get your registration, but they don’t finance. So be sure to get your loan in advance.
