My experience with Landmark Ford has been nothing but wonderful. I ordered a Maverick in late 2022 and the original salesman who helped me left and a new representative named Mick C was assigned to help me. Mick introduced himself to me professionally with a call, and stating he will help me with acquiring my vehicle. As time went by (Over a year), Mick always kept me updated with the status of the vehicle. When the day that my vehicle has arrived, there was ONE problem with my order, and it was I couldn't afford my build. I explained the situation to Mick and he was able to help me find a new Maverick in my budget range that was available. The day I came to Landmark to sign my paperwork for the vehicle, every staff member I ran into greeted me and asked if I needed help. The paperwork was very quick and was out in less than 20 minutes. Mick gave me a detailed tour of my new Maverick from showing how things work on the vehicle and FordPass app. He did a splendid job with the whole process from paperwork to delivery.
