I began this process online speaking with Drew. He was extremely helpful in starting numbers for me on TWO trades. Kastriot took over in person and I decided to buy the vehicle I was interested in. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the questions I had. Still not super happy with my trade numbers on one of my trades especially when I knew what they'd list it for, but it is what it is. Overall, I'm happy with my salesman's service. He was never pushy, not once. That's what I like. I really hope the good customer service carries over in the service department. Update: Just recently had my first service here and they were amazing. They sent me a FULL video of when the tech was going the multi point inspection. Very nice.
