We had Damien Perez who made me a believe again that great buying experiences do exist!!! I really went in there not expecting to leave with a car but I had hopes. At first the trade in value of my old car was not what I hoped for. Damien saw I was not happy and had me wait while he talked to his manager. To my very surprise they came back and gave me great news! Not only did they increase the trade in value but they took off from the price of the car!!!!! They even waved a few fees!
