Horrible experience. Purchased a 2016 Enclave, great looking vehicle. Salesman(Ken) assured me that the car was checked out by service with no issues. Within a week the power fluid was low so I added some. 3 days later I had to add fluid again, so I called the dealership to get it checked out. Service looked at it and replaced a gasket and seal. I wanted a 100k mile service since they had it so I paid an additional $1000 for a transmission flush, engine flush, and spark plug replacement. Upon inspection they found the brakes at 0mm. I spoke with William the service manager. He was very sympathetic to my needs. Not only did he replace my power steering pump,he installed new rear brakes and put on a set of tires at NO CHARGE. In times like this customer service is huge. This dealership went above and beyond. My daughter and three kids thanks you William.

The service representative I enjoy working with every single time is Eric. He takes time out to actually listen to me and never ever tries to up sale me on anything. Eric actually cares about his clients and every single time I go in he is very personable as well as knowledgeable about the services I’m needing done to my vehicle. I’ve never had to wait more than 40 minutes for a vehicle repair or maintenance done on my car which is outstanding! This service shop goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and I can say I actually feel more like part of the fieher family than I do a customer.
