The entire Kia of East Hartford were amazing from the moment Cyd (our sales rep) sent me a text inviting me to come down to speak to her about some amazing deals they had going on. I will admit I was a little skeptical at first, and only because back in February I did not have a good experience (different sales rep). My husband and I made an appointment for Friday and we arrived 45mins earlier and Cyd came right out to attend to us. She listened to our requests and kept us in our budget range!
