Gas-powered 2500s can be difficult to find, so we were thrilled that they had exactly what we were looking for in stock—and it was even our preferred color. Christian Rupp was my salesman and he knocked it out of the park what a cool dude!! Always professional and told me everything about the truck and he knows what he is doing if you need to buy a vehicle you know a guy! That guy is Christian he well take care of you!! We were in need of a vehicle for our daughter and ultimately purchased a vehicle from Lynch Burlington with Salesperson, Christian. I’d say our experience with Lynch Burlington was one of our best vehicle purchases made to date. We called the dealership directly after seeing the vehicle online through CarFax. They were quick to respond to our request about availability and immediately made an appointment for viewing that same day. When we pulled in, the car was parked right up front waiting for us to inspect and test drive. Again, our Salesperson was Christian. From the beginning, Christian engaged with all three of us (Dad/Mom/Daughter) which was great! He was customer service focused, attentive, knowledgeable, respectful and trustworthy. He answered all of our questions and if he didn’t have the answer, he was honest and said, “I’m not sure, let me look into that”. The process was quick and easy. We felt very comfortable with Christian and then also with Issac, who finished our final paperwork. The vehicle price was below KBB and at the final discussion there were no hidden fees or pressure to buy. The transaction was so refreshing!
