John was very accommodating in getting me in very promptly and was very understanding and helpful during and after the repairs were complete. Tracy the service advisor was also very helpful, kind, understanding, and empathetic to my whole situation and made the entire process very easy and discomforting. Had a Transmission go out and everyone at dealership was so helpful. Ended up having to get a newer vehicle and Isabel and Annie were so nice to deal with. Even came to San Angelo and picked me up. Awesome dealership. HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent service very satisfied with the work done. I was also given the chance to save money on my repair, which was above and beyond customer service. Honesty and integrity! Okay, I took my vehicle in for a minor issue and they took the time to investigate the issue, cleaned the source of the problem, then test drove the vehicle to make sure it was fixed. This is exceptional service! They did all this work at no charge!! I highly recommend this company for your vehicles.
