2023 Buick Encore GX Select

Nice Friendly staff. First, I would like to say I have been buying vehicles for over 42 years and many have been from dealerships. I have never had a straight forward purchase than our new Audi from Tucson Audi. The salesman, Cesar Gonzalez was attentive, but not overbearing. The Sales Manager, Emilio Guevara was very accommodating securing the exact vehicle we wanted from Audi Arrowhead and having it delivered to Tucson with no cost to us. Second, there was no back and forth like an out of control tennis match, they gave me a price, I gave them and offer at where I would like to be, and they met me in the middle. I would recommend the dealership to others!

I am always so happy with the service i receive at Audi Tucson. Dylon, my service consultant, explains everything to me. And while i was waiting I got a text from the repair person explaining all that he was doing. It's always a comfortable setting when I am waiting for my car to be done. I highly recommend Audi Tucson.
