2021 Buick Encore GX Select

We came here to look at a specific used van we saw online. Timothy Francois was a very friendly, informative and helpful salesman. He did mention a few other vehicles to us, but never pushed any of them on us and focused on the vehicle we came to see. He was also upfront before showing us the car and getting into numbers that it was being sold for cash and as is. After seeing the vehicle and testing it, we noticed a few minor things would need to be repaired, so he was able to lower the asking price a little for us. Overall, we're happy with the purchase and this was probably the most pleasant salesman we have ever dealt with. We truly appreciate how he was never pushy and respected our decision to only look at the vehicle we came to see. I highly recommend working with Timothy if you're ever at Honda of Slidell!

I’ve been happy with my experience with Honda. From my sales representative Chris to Ana the person that set up my 90 day checkup appointment via text and Misty who checked me in today. As I waited for my car, I had the pleasure witnessing Mr. David assisting several customers in the lobby. I couldn’t believe what great service he was giving everyone. I kept thinking wow he must be a morning person or had some serious training because he just seemed liked he loved his job. I was amazed because these days great customer service is hard to find. Honda of Slidell, you have a great team. Keep up the good work.

Overall great experience today at Honda of Slidell. I had the pleasure of working with Chad who made the car buying experience smooth, quick (didn’t waste my time or “play games” like the previous dealerships I have been trying to work with), transparent (from start to finish, no hidden dealer fees added last minute like previous readerships I have been trying to work with), and relationship > transactional feel. David worked with me to finance my purchase; again this was smooth, efficient and effective. I had the pleasure of also meeting Chad’s sales manager LT - he obviously runs a great team and operation.
