We came here to look at a specific used van we saw online. Timothy Francois was a very friendly, informative and helpful salesman. He did mention a few other vehicles to us, but never pushed any of them on us and focused on the vehicle we came to see. He was also upfront before showing us the car and getting into numbers that it was being sold for cash and as is. After seeing the vehicle and testing it, we noticed a few minor things would need to be repaired, so he was able to lower the asking price a little for us. Overall, we're happy with the purchase and this was probably the most pleasant salesman we have ever dealt with. We truly appreciate how he was never pushy and respected our decision to only look at the vehicle we came to see. I highly recommend working with Timothy if you're ever at Honda of Slidell!

I went in to Honda to have my service done for transmission fluid change. Credit to them for actually being able to do it same day within a few hours. Misty is amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable. She kept me informed and called me when my vehicle was ready. Also they take care of veterans. So kudos to them for that as well. Only thing I didn’t like was the typical price hikes and hidden fees you get when going to a dealership. I was forced to go here when nobody else in Slidell was able to accommodate me quickly as my service light came on of course right before my cross country road trip so I could not wait to get this taken care of. All in all great service, friendly staff, but typical dealership fees. Don’t pass them up though. They’ll keep your vehicle going and work with you on fees.

Misty was amazing. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of getting my car serviced. I had a great overall experience. I enjoyed the cookies and latte while waiting for the car work to be done. Thanks to her and also to the mechanics who helped to get all the work done in a timely fashion.
