2023 Buick Encore GX Select

I was able to schedule my car maintenance appointment online for an oil change seamlessly. The dealership is very clean and inviting. Once at my scheduled appointment it was recommended that I get my 80,000 mile maintenance which was I know was needed. After the inspection additional concerns were discovered which needed to be completed. I appreciate everyone who assisted me because they explained everything and asked for consent before completing work. My service representative Vanessa even asked me if I had an extended warranty which reminded me that I did and actually saved me thousands of dollars off of my total bill in regards to the work that needed to be completed.The work would take longer than a day and I was given a loaner which I secretly fell in love with. There was a huge difference in their customer service opposed to the previous dealership I visited. Trust, good communication and transparency are very important to me and I am grateful I decided to take my car to Audi Turnersville to complete my service needs. My car was clean when I got it back! The drop off and pick up was fast! Great customer service and job well done!

Audi Turnersville is the best in the area. After buying 3 Audi’s from the same dealership, the experience was nothing short of spectacular each time. Lou is the man, he was extremely helpful and attentive. His services were top notch and I’d recommend looking for him if you’re searching for a car at this dealership. Such an easy and pleasant experience working with him and John D, the Sales Manager. Lou went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that they were selling me the best car at the best price. Service is no slouch either. Their team is full of talent and the staff is extremely knowledgeable on their cars and let you know everything they do. Rebecca has been amazing at scheduling appointments and making sure I am taken care of each time, even on her days off she is calling in to make sure my appointment was good. If you’re looking for a car in the South Jersey/Philadelphia/Delaware area, this place should be your first stop and last, cause you’ll be walking out with your new car and a smile on your face!

All I can say is WOW! I went to Audi Turnersville and automatically felt like home walking through the door with a warm welcome by Lou and their whole amazing staff. I was helped by Lou who was as nice as can be and was very respectful. He gave me a lot of great options and took his time with me the whole time which was a great feeling. We found a beautiful 2024 Audi A4 and the process was smooth sailings. Also got to meet the GM, Sales Manager and etc. Everyone was super nice and had a home type feeling which I feel like you don’t get anywhere else. When I was done with Lou, I was sent over to Rich at finance to seal the deal. Rich took his time to explain everything and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I feel like I could go on and on about my experience and the staff being phenomenal. Highly recommend Audi Turnersville!!!
