2020 Buick Encore GX Select

I saw a used Chevy SUV that were interested in on Kinstle's website. It had low mileage and the price was right, so we went in to see it. Roy was very helpful and informative before the test drive, during the purchasing process, and getting things set up in the vehicle the day we picked it up. My wife and I were very happy with our experience at Lee Kinstle's.

I recently purchased a 2015 Silverado , after checking multiple dealerships prior to the purchase ,I found Lee Kinstle in Van Wert to be the most honest and trustworthy dealership, when I left a message checking on this vehicle ,I was called by Anthony Bergman a sales rep , he answered all my questions and within 5 minutes sent me numerous photos and after looking them over he assured me the vehicle was just as he said it was ,I drove the short distance from Fort Wayne to Van Wert , the truck was exactly as Anthony had stated, he was very prompt and courteous, he turned me over to Jeff Gudakunst loan manager and he got me the lowest interest rate, even cheaper than my credit union and bank,in all this was the most respectfull dealership I dealt with after looking at over a dozen trucks at that many dealerships, Eric McCracken the owner even was involved in making sure all my needs were met ,I highly recommend Lee Kinstle Chevrolet , the entire dealership was top notch.

The Service Department was awesome, especially Jeff Wermer who worked diligently with GM to get the required approval to get the problems fixed that were covered under warranty for our daughter’s vehicle. Kinstle’s is very much appreciated!
