Luis Guzman helped me buy my car, we were able to get everything done over the phone and get all the price and payment sorted over phone call and text. Michael the sales manager was very nice and offered a few freebies and Stephen the financing manager even let me take the car when my wire transfer was going to take two extra days. The out the door price ended up even a few hundred less than what was originally quoted and the team stayed past closing time to get the deal done. It was worth the 1.5hr drive to work with this team and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

Went to this dealership today for my daughter. She purchased a civic, but I can tell you from day 1 Luis has been nothing but all ears to her. She would text him about cars and he would record a video and talk through it step by step. My daughter would text Luis at 1130 pm way after business hours and he would still respond. He has surpasses all of my EXPECTATIONS. And when we met Baylis the finance manager he was excellent too they made this a seamless and happy experience for my daughter. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. I will never go to another dealership after dealing with them. They made my daughter happy which made my wife happy and the end made me happy. Guys job well done!
