2023 Buick Encore GX Select

I had Robert Ocanas Shane and Robert from finance. They were all very polite and helpful. Shane worked very hard to get my payment as low as he could. This is the 6th vehicle I've bought at this dealership and I've always had excellent service. Jason and Steve in service took care of the issue with my Colorado.

These folks were SO NICE to help me, without trying to rake me over the coals. I had a long drive for a business trip, and I wanted to make certain that the fluids were topped off; but it was a new car to me, and I didn't know how to do everything on my vehicle. I was treated like a neighbor and human being - thank you, sir, for being so kind. Now I can go out of town confidently, knowing that my vehicle was checked by a professional - and a real good fellow :-)

Exceptional customer service! Recently purchased a vehicle from Pryor GMC and had some vehicle issues shortly after. The dealer helped me find a place to service the vehicle that was closer to me. They provided a brand new loaner vehicle that was comparable to the vehicle I purchased from them and even brought me the loaner from 2 hours away. They also handled all of the service work and communication from the servicing dealer. Additionally, they picked up my vehicle and brought it my house after service as complete. I have and will continue to recommend Pryor GMC to anyone that is looking to buy a new or used vehicle. This experience had great potential to be a negative experience. However, Daryl and the team at Pryor did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of. You won’t find customer care and service like this anywhere else. 10 out of 5 stars!
