2022 Buick Encore GX Select

I brought my car in for warranty work, Otto the service manager didn’t hesitate to help me! Everything was covered and they did an excellent job. About a week prior, I had brought my girlfriend‘s car there for an issue we were having with the oil, I can’t remember the technician’s name, but they pulled the vehicle right into the bay and took a look at it and made sure there was nothing wrong with it before sending us back on the road. Just wanted to get a shout out of recognition to the tech that helped us that day. Thank you to everyone at McDonald’s Chrysler, for being so wonderful! Give Otto a raise! ????

Great experience buying a car here no pressure to buy the car or warrantys overall great experience can't say enough about Eric Sorsen he got me a really good deal on a car I thought about for good part of the day and when i decided it was the one i wanted I called him back and he got the deal done very quickly I would definitely recommend any of my friends or family to deal with him and the dealership.
