I can't adequately express what a great experience I had with Beck & Masten. I was interested in buying a 2013 FJ Cruiser long distance. Josh, the GM, was straightforward and transparent about the vehicle's condition, price, and no dealer fees. He emailed me all documentation while we were on the phone and we did the deal in maybe 30 minutes? He even held it on the lot for me for two weeks until I could fly down to TX to pick it up, with no paperwork in place. Melanie stayed in constant communication with me throughout and had one of the staff pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership. She made the process a breeze and was so warm and friendly. Richie took me for a drive so I could get used to the features and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Beck & Masten.
