My first experience in your service department and I was 100% satisfied. Your facility is spotless, and your service advisor was friendly, courteous and professional. I've also used your parts department in the recent past and they too were awesome going the extra mile to help me with hard to find parts for my 2013 Spark.

I was coming back from Pittsburgh VA hospital and my vehicle broke down in car valley parking lot blocking where you go pick up parts. And the salesman and couple helpers push my car where I can park it at. And out of kindness they asked me if I need to get a new car. It was more than a family feeling to have someone to understand your needs. They were so good to answer everything I need to know on a fixed income. It was a song from heaven that I broke down there and not back in Pittsburgh no stress thank you all again for the kindness of your heart for a stranger like me.
