2023 Buick Encore GX Select

Back during deer season I hit a patch of black ice and slammed into a tree damaging my left rear quarter panel. I called around and most body shops didn't want to deal with my insurance company. I called A. Crivelli's collision shop and talked to Andrea. My truck was drivable so I stopped by and she assessed the damage and ordered the needed parts. Once all the parts came in I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday and got a text Friday morning that it was ready. The team there did a fantastic job on my truck, not only does my truck look new, but they washed it as well and it looks amazing. The sweet girl at the desk gave me the WIFI info so I could work while I waited. All staff, from beginning to end were friendly, welcoming and informative. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

A new staff person :: well groomed ,dresses young man met & greeted me at my vehicle and assisted me. The man in service dept.was very helpful listening to & responding to my inquiries & inspected my tire & oil level inquiry at my vehicle … all was well! HE WAS PATIENT,KNOWLEDGEABLE& reassuring?. I,DO NOT LIKE THE NEW DESIGNED CORVETTE!
