He was understanding and helped with any questions I needed answers to. He tried his best to get me the best deal possible. Even in the midst of me setting my eyes on my Toyota Camry he tried to find me what I was originally looking for which was a lot cheaper than the Toyota I end up getting. That was respect. Treat them how you want to be treated. Be patient, kind and understanding. I know it can be hard at times being in a place for a long period of time trying to get things processed but just know you are in good hands. I absolutely love my new car! We had routine oil service completed on our vehicle. Service department found a problem with front shocks. Service manager was very helpful and professional. Got the vehicle in and repaired in a timely manner. Great team to work with on service and repair.

We brought our car in for a humming in the front end. They got us in promptly. Issue was supposed to be repaired. After coming home,we noticed an oil leak on the floor of the garage. Again they were able to get us in after the weekend. Wife was given a loaner car, as the original part installed failed. Gary was nice about everything and we were not charged for the failed part or labor. Just the inconvenience of having to return for something that ,should have been caught before leaving the first time. Great customer service though.
