We were traveling over the Thankagiving break and our car started to give us a fit. It was not a brand they sell, but they pulled it into the service bay regardless. Patrick, the Service Manager, greeted us with a genuine smile and we shared the car issue. He said they would do their best to figure it out. The technician, August, took our car for a good once over. It was determined that is was a battery issues. We had a warranty on the battery with another establishment, so we would go there. He did say it was safe to drive. We left with peace of mind and a great customer service experience!

My appointment was for service on my GMC Acadia. I was greeted promptly as he finished with another customer. Then he checked me in and took my keys and directed me to waiting area. Informed it would probably take an hour. Waiting area was clean and offered beverages. Within the hour he was checking me out. He was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Patrick Hill was did an excellent job.
