2023 Buick Encore GX Select

It was a real pleasure dealing with everyone at Chevrolet/ Cadillac of Turnersville on the purchase of my Cadillac CT5. The salesman, Brian did a lot of work beforehand like running the financing 10 different ways ???? Everything was in order so that it didn’t take a lot of time and he was very knowledgeable of the car’s features. He took the time to have the car ready for my arrival and get me all set up with the Cadillac app and OnStar. The only issue when I left was a problem with OnStar wifi that hopefully will be corrected in a couple of days. I’m anxious to see how super cruise works but idk if I need the wifi for that. The manager and the finance manager were also very pleasant and easy to work with.

Fantastic experience at Chevy of Turnersville last week. My sales rep Ian was great, very kind, very informative and very patient. Fantastic test drive as well on the course too. Best experience I had because of him and everyone that helped me that day at Chevy of Turnersville. Best experience out of my 3 days that week looking for a new car. The website was also great as well. I was looking for a survey link from this dealership to fill out another survey but I will leave a review on here. I wasn't leaving that day without that car, the 2017 Chevy Malibu. So glad it worked out and so glad to have this car. I'm telling everyone I know if they want a car and great service, to go to Chevy of Turnersville. Thank you guys!!
